Hilary at the front desk, helped me immensly. I and no knowledge of the town or location. I asked for a sugestion of a place to eat that was nearly. She refered me to a small resturant called Flavors Kitchen and Cocktails.I It turned out to be a great experience, the staff, food and atmosphere were all good and I enjoyed myselef. I received notice to check in from the airlines that I could check in for the flight and print my tickets. I asked up front about a computer room or perhaps a way to connect to their printer. Hilary gave me an email address and told me if I wanted to forward a copy of the tickets, she would print them for me. I don't know it that is standard for the hotel or not. I was both impressed and happy for the assistance. Other places that do not have computer rooms for guests simply say nope ton't have such a place in the hotel, cannot help you.

This looks like a new hotel. We chose it because it’s pet friendly and close to the road as we were heading somewhere else. Rooms are ok but cleaning not so good. The floor was not clean enough, dog and human hair were still there, vacuum and cleaning are needed. There was no shampoo and hair conditioner in the bathroom. The reception lady in the morning was so rude. I mentioned that we did not have shampoo or hair conditioner in the room and the yogurt they offered in the morning were expired. She answered ok. I had to ask for a print receipt otherwise she will not give it to me. I asked if I could have some but water and she answered no. They should consider hiring more friendly people for the front desk.

The room was clean and the location is near the central area, 10 min by car. The free parking is a plus, other hotels near River District are pricey and they have a parking fee. The hotel looks modern and the room is big enough, comparison to other rooms of similar prices in other hotels. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Good amenities in the room. The staff is friendly.

This is a very new hotel that is neat and clean, and is just a few miles from historic Savannah, with great potential. Bed was very comfortable and room had good amenities (nice small frig, blackout shade on window, coffee maker in room and even a steaming device for clothes). Cost was reasonable for Savannah.

Bill

Location was great, only a few miles from downtown Savannah. There was a Food Lion across the street and a mini fridge in the room. Was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
